Your tasks:

• You are the good soul for our guests: from check-in, to advising guests during their stay, to invoicing and check-out
• Friendly reception and care of guests
• Answering phone calls and e-mails
• Quotation preparation and reservation via the hotel booking software (Casablanca)
• We need team spirit and you are happy to help out at breakfast or in the bar
• The colleagues will also help you if you run out of time!

You have the following qualifications:

• Passion in advising our guests and a friendly, relaxed demeanor!
• Training or experience at reception or in the hotel industry
• Good knowledge of German and English, other foreign languages are a plus
