We have barrier-free apartments that are specially equipped for guests with reduced mobility. Please let us know when you make your reservation so that we can reserve the appropriate room for you.
Check-in is possible from 03:00 PM so that we have enough time to prepare your room for your stay.
Check-out must take place by 10:00 am .
If you would like to use our wellness facilities again on the day of departure or enjoy another day of hiking or skiing, we will be happy to provide you with our late check-out room including shower facilities and luggage storage for a price of €30 per person.
Our extensive breakfast buffet provides athletes and mountain lovers with plenty of energy! We spoil you with a large selection of fresh, regional and international products ranging from savory and hearty to sweet.

Tip: If you book breakfast directly with the apartment, you will receive a reduced price of €22 per person or €10 per child!
If you would like to prepare your own breakfast in the apartment, fresh bread rolls are available daily from 7:30 AM in our ELVA store!
Dogs are welcome at the ELVA, but in order to ensure a carefree vacation at the ELVA Stubai for people allergic to animal hair, dogs are only allowed in selected apartments. Please be sure to let us know when you arrive that you will be traveling with your dog. We will be happy to reserve a dog-friendly apartment for you and your four-legged friend.
Please bring your own bowl and basket.
Important information for your vacation with your four-legged friend – only socially acceptable dogs are allowed at the ELVA!
- You are welcome to bring your dog on a lead on the terrace and in an extra area in the restaurant, but unfortunately dogs are not allowed in the garden, pool, lounge and bar areas. Dogs must generally be kept on a lead in the hotel.
- Please clean your paws after a walk in the entrance area (paw wipes are available there!)
- We charge €20 / night for your dog without food.
- If the dog is left alone in the hotel and you leave the house, please inform reception and put up the “I am alone in the room” door sign. We will be happy to put you in touch with a professional dog sitter in Neustift.
- Please send us proof of insurance for your dog when booking.
Wonderful hikes and walks await you and your four-legged friend. You can get poop bags free of charge at reception.
We will prepare the pads for the bowls and special dog blankets in the apartment.
If your dog needs medical care, there are 2 veterinary practices in the Stubai Valley.

We have sufficient free parking spaces directly at the hotel incl. charging stations for electric cars. Please let us know at the time of booking if you require an e-charging station so that we can reserve one for you. The charging costs will be charged directly to your apartment. Prices for charging: € 0.45 / kWh, blocking fee: € 0.10 per minute from 12 hours
The ELVA is a non-smoking hotel, but we have designated smoking areas outside for our smoking guests. Smoking on the balcony is not permitted.
- The final cleaning of the apartments is included.
- A one-off intermediate cleaning and towel change is included for stays of 5 days or more. You can order the cleaning on the day before until 5:00 PM at the reception and we will clean your apartment the next day.
- If you require additional cleaning, you can book an intermediate cleaning (30 min. smart cleaning) at a price of €30 per apartment.
- The apartment is equipped with sufficient towels and a SPA bag (incl. bathrobe, sauna/bath towels). If you need new hand, sauna or bath towels, we will provide you with unlimited new towels free of charge at reception. There are no towels in the SPA area for reasons of environmental awareness!
- Fresh bread rolls daily (please pre-order at reception)
- Small selection of freshly cooked menus for ready cooking in the apartment
- Staple foods (pasta, milk, yogurt, eggs)
- Products from the region (cheese, vinegar, oil, juices, bacon, cookies, honey)
- Drinks (water, soda, beer, wine)
- Small range of toiletries
- Each apartment has a heated locker in the basement for safe storage of your ski equipment. Your equipment is in good hands there and is dried overnight.
- The bikes can be safely stored in a separate bike room.
- We also offer an indoor maintenance room for your sports equipment and a bike washing area
The ski bus stops just a few meters from the ELVA and can be used free of charge.
The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) apply at ELVA. The cancellation conditions are as follows:
Up to 3 months before arrival:Cancellation is possible free of charge.
3 months to 1 month before arrival:40% of the total package price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
1 month to 1 week before arrival:70% of the total package price will be charged.
In the last week before arrival:90% of the total package price will be charged.
These terms and conditions apply unless other agreements have been made in the context of offers. If deviating agreements apply, these will be mentioned in our offers and booking confirmations.
You can also take out travel cancellation insurance at the time of booking.
The Stubai Super Card is valid from 14.05.2026 to 01.11.2026 and includes a variety of attractive services for guests. The included services include, among others:
- Free use of all mountain railroads in the Stubaital
- Free access to swimming pools and bathing lakes in the region
- Free admission to selected museums and exhibitions
- Use of public transportation in the Stubai Valley (bus lines)
- and much more!
The Stubai Super Card also offers bonus services, such as discounts at sports stores, bike and ski hire and selected partner businesses.

The hotel is located about 20 kilometers from the Stubai Glacier, which can be reached by car in about 20 minutes.
There are free ski buses that take you directly from the ELVA to the ski area.
The hotel offers different types of apartments, including studios, family apartments and barrier-free apartments. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette, modern bathrooms and some have balconies or terraces. Some apartments are also equipped with their own sauna, a panoramic bathtub or a separate children’s room. The apartments are suitable for different numbers of people.
The Stubaital is attractive all year round. Winter sports are possible from December to April, while the summer and fall months are ideal for hiking, mountain biking and mountain tours. The best time to visit depends on the activities you are planning.
The Stubaital offers local festivals, sporting events, concerts and cultural events throughout the year. Guests receive up-to-date information directly from the hotel or on the regional tourism websites.
Innsbruck is easily accessible by car or public transport. Popular excursions lead to historical sights, museums, cultural highlights and a wide range of shopping opportunities.
