Process & Winner Selection

  • Giveaway details are published on ELVA’s website, newsletter, or social media channels.
  • Winners are selected by random draw.
  • No cash alternative is possible.

The winner will be contacted via direct message or email.
If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, the prize will be forfeited.

Liability & Taxes

ELVA is not responsible for any taxes or charges related to the prize.
These are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Legal recourse is excluded.

This giveaway is not associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or any other platform.
ELVA reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice.

Exclusion from Participation

  • Participants may be excluded at ELVA’s discretion
  • Employees of ELVA and their relatives are excluded
